SPECIALGALS will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for an exchange or store credit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

All returned items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the date the order was delivered. Must contact us before you return any item!

We only offer store credit for returns. All returned item must be inspected before expect an emailed E-GiftCard within 7 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.

To be eligible for an Online credit or Exchange. Your item must be Brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tag. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return.

NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
SHIPPING COST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Promo Codes used on Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website on sale, using an additional promo code for an additional discount will be considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

please email us before you return, you can leave a note in your package stating you are wanting to exchange for a different size. We can do so based off of our inventory available at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
